As Co-Founder & CEO, Rajesh is on a mission to make senior care operations simpler, smarter, and more humane so caregivers can spend less time chasing paperwork and more time caring for people. He brings rare firsthand credibility to that mission: he’s a Personal Care Homeowner and the owner of Comfort Cove Senior Care, with firsthand experience of what it takes to run a home day in and day out, staffing gaps, compliance pressure, family communication, and the constant need to keep quality high with limited time.
Rajesh is an engineer at heart, the kind who can walk into a messy enterprise environment, see the real bottlenecks, and turn complexity into simple, dependable workflows that scale.
